✅ How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Our team will share the return address and instructions.

  4. Pack the product securely in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, boxes, manuals, and accessories.

  5. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

⚠️ Items Not Eligible for Return

To ensure fair use of our policy, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that are used, damaged, altered, or show signs of wear

  • Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or tags

  • Final Sale or discounted items marked as non-returnable

  • Skincare or personal care items that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)

🔁 Note: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your product and place a new order.

💸 Refund Process

Refunds are processed using your original payment method:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunded via bank transfer

  • Online payments: Refunded to the same card or wallet used during checkout

Refunds are issued within 10 working days after your return is approved and processed.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping.

  • If you're returning the item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, didn’t like the product), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
